-ANITA BLAKE TABLE- Thanks to LAS.

-INIZIATIVE-		→ Anita Blake è la protagonista di una delle saghe dei libri scritti dall'autrice americana Laurell K. Hamilton. Anita è la miglior Risvegliante della Animators.inc e cacciatrice di vampiri / Sceriffo Federale (Vampire Executioner / Federal Marshall) del Missouri e tre stati confinanti, tanto che i vampiri la temono, chiamandola La Sterminatrice. Le sue vicende vorticano attorno ai clienti che la contattano attraverso l'agenzia per cui lavora, alle chiamate della Polizia per casi soprannaturali, ed anche in varie vicissitudini che spesso la coinvolgono contro la sua volontà, mettendone a repentaglio la vita. Nelle sue avventure, che lasciano spesso col fiato sospeso, si può spesso trovare la presenza, per la protagonista snervante, di Jean-Claude. Lui è il Master della città ed è anche il corteggiatore di Anita ed ha un rivale: Richard Zeeman, un licantropo sentimentalista che ama la risvegliante e dalla quale è inizialmente ricambiato. In una serie di libri davvero avvincenti possiamo leggere della protagonista a contatto con le più svariate creature, legalmente riconosciute e soggette alla legge dello stato. Il mondo di Anita Blake non soltanto è popolato da licantropi (che possono essere lupi, leopardi, leoni ed addirittura ratti), zombi e vampiri ma anche da streghe. Mistero ed intrighi sono sempre accompagnati da un tocco della complicata vita amorosa della protagonista che, nonostante la sua intolleranza verso quelli che lei considera mostri, si ritrova ad amarne due nello stesso momento. Chi avrà la meglio tra il fascinoso e sexy vampiro Jean-Claude e il licantropo dalla bellezza selvaggia ed avvolgente Richard, insegnante di scienze?
