| In un intervista e' stato chiesto alla Hamilton di fare un commento su ognuno dei suoi libri. Ecco quello che ha detto su Cerulean Sin.
"This book is where Anita faces the realities of what her life is. What she had planned for herself is never going to come around. What is love? What is lust? What is friendship? How do you tell them apart? Is violence always the answer? Is there a different way to accomplish your goals without killing or being killed?"
Ossia: "questo e' il libro in cui Anita affronta la realta' di cosa la sua vita sia. Quello che lei ha pianificato per il suo futuro non si realizzera' mai. Cos'e' amore? Cos'e' desiderio? Cos'e' amicizia? Come li distingui? E' la violenza la risposta a tutto? C'e' un altro modo di raggiungere i propri obiettivi che non sia uccidere o essere uccisi?"
